Octavia Clarke was Isaac Clarke's mother and was married to Poul Clarke. Not much was known about Octavia, but it was revealed in special text logs obtained after the game that she suffered from depression during her husband's extended missions. She was encouraged by her psychiatrists to find something meaningful to do, eventually finding solace in the Church of Unitology.
