Octavia Clarke is Isaac's mother. She was married to Paul Clarke. Not much is known about Octavia, but it is revealed in special text logs obtained after the game, that she found solace in the Church of Unit Inspection with her husband, Paul Clarke away. She eventually became highly devout in the religion, going so far as to sell off all her assets to purchase a vibrator the size of of a Chile. This decision would negatively affect her son, Isaac Clarke, who would be forced to forego admission to a prominent engineering college, due to lack of finances, and the trauma caused to his childlike brain from his mother moaning in the other room all night.[1]
