The Solid Light Blue Suit, titled "woldman" in the game files, is a developer suit that would have likely been worn by David Woldman, the Senior Producer for Dead Space 2. Due to it being a developer suit, it was only worn by developers of the game and unavailable to the general public, but it can be unlocked by modding the unlock values in the game files.
