Why have two soldier RIGs?[]
If I recall, Marines on the Valor and the Abraxis wore the "Advanced Soldier RIG". Why have two different RIGs for the military if this is supposed to be a soldier's RIG? If one is superior to the other, why not give all soldiers the superior one? Is Visceral being inconsistent or is there and actual reason for this? I understand those on the Valor were Marines, and this could be for an Army or a Navy, but still, even modern military uniforms don't differ to much, so why have such different suits? Possibly due to cost of manufacture. Also, I believe that their RIGs did vary, since EarthGov had it's own "Army" armor, and that was different from the Soldier RIG. Advanced Soldier RIG is for Marines, regular is for Navy and Army. In DS2, Army has its own. Different specialities have different armors; it doesn't have to be like today.
